Google Bad Review 1:  Nov. 2016: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the owner of this shop. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had in a shop. I tried on a few dresses which I liked. The one I liked the most was over my budget, so I let her know that I would like to sleep on it. Not in the world would I expect that that would change the owner into a vile person. She said to me that I then must leave her shop right now and that I should buy dresses of £500. I think my brains froze at that point. I could not believe my ears, I could not comprehend her nasty behaviour. I could not comprehend how she, first appeared so friendly, changed in a split second into the complete opposite, only because I did not want to buy a dress on the spot. She opened the door and basically kicked me out. I stood there for, what felt to me like ages, and burst out in tears. I was shocked, surprised in an unpleasant way. Her reaction was very appalling, very nasty. I feel sad for her, that this is how she feels she needs to behave towards people that do not meet her expectations. I would not recommend this shop at all! Not worth your time, your money and your wedding preparation journey, what must be the most enjoyable, positive journey of your life.

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful. I had two appointments- the first one, I arrived half an hour late due to transport issues within London and then getting lost as I am not familiar with the area. I had phoned the shop as soon as it opened to explain that it was running late and was told rather abruptly that it was fine, but my appointment would be cut short, which I was OK with. When I arrived, I could tell Svetalana was being frosty towards me. I don't mind removing my shoes, but it did feel strange. I came with my young sister-in-law. There was only one dress that I really liked and one other that I wanted to try. My SIL took her phone. Before doing anything, Svetlana asked her to not take pictures. She put her phone down on the table and then was asked patronisingly to put it away completely. I was allowed to try on the dress and I honestly loved one of them. Svetlana became nice at this point, although she did comment that I had no meat on me when I wore the dress which I felt was quite personal and intrusive. She asked me if I would like to purchase the dress as the wedding is soon. I said I would need my mum and MIL to see it first and asked to make an appointment for Monday; it was the only day that we could all co-ordinate together. I also said that there was one more shop I was going to later on that day. She rudely refused to give me another appointment as she said I had been late to this one and she couldn't trust that I would turn up to the next one at all. I did mention to her that for someone who isn't from London, it can be difficult to navigate. She said she would still not give me the appointment and to call her back once I and been to the other shop. I was upset and told her calmly that I would like to get my dress from somewhere where I felt good about it and left, even politely saying thank you to her.

I did not want to go back, as myself and my SIL felt we had been poorly treated, as though we were worthless, however I really loved the dress and so I rang her back that afternoon and she gave me an appointment. I arrived with my family exactly on time at 10.30 on Monday. The dress was off the shoulder and the way she pinned it, a pin stuck right into my arm. I asked her to remove it which she did straight away. However, the pin on the other side did the same thing and went even deeper into my arm. My MIL jumped up to help me and Svetlana rudely told her to get off, which my MIL was taken aback at. The dress didn't look as good as it did first time, and I realised how huge the skirt was when I stood off the podium. I was really unsure as to how to proceed, because I loved the dress, but it's such a huge decision and I wanted to discuss it with my family. As I was taking the dress of, she asked me behind the curtain if I wanted to put down a deposit for the dress. I said I was unsure and as soon as I did so, she asked me to pay £35 for the appointment. I tried to explain to her that I still was considering the dress, but she wouldn't let me speak and told me that either way I would have to pay £35. As she was being rude to me, I explained that she hadn't told me about this charge. She said it was on the website. I took my phone out to check this and she took my hand and started talking absolute nonsense about how she knew I was trying to get the same dress cheaper elsewhere and about how she didn't want to humiliate me in front of my family. She told me I was wasting her time by making a second appointment and not buying anything. I told her she was rude to us and she accused me of lying, making the sign of the cross over her and saying that as a Christian she would not lie. I paid by cash, but I later checked on her website, which makes no mention of £35. I left my appointment in tears. I went to Pronovias the same day and paid a third of the total of my £2100 dress which would have otherwise gone to this awful lady.
-NB I note she has added now on the website that she will charge a £35 fee for a second appointment – glad I took a screenshot of the website before she did so- happy to send if required!!
