Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely disgusting service from the company. I would not recommend spending a penny here unless you wish to get ripped-off!
Paid a 50% deposit of £225 to get a custom tailored outfit for my wedding reception party from this store. Was told it would be ready in 2 weeks but just in case there are any delays I was promised it would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Called them in week 3 to check on its delivery and they promised it would be in the next week. Called them the following week and again was told it wasn't here but they would have it by Thursday the next week. I got a call on Thursday telling me the outfit was there and they wanted me to pick it up that day, I explained i was getting married that day and would pick it up on the Sunday. Arrived on Sunday to find an outfit that looked nothing like I had ordered. The sleeves didnt match the rest of the outfit and was too short, the front sat so high against my neck it felt like it was strangling me, the bust was so tight it was suffocating, the waist was so big I looked like I was wearing a tent. When I complained about the fitting they kept telling me it was fine. They finally agreed the measurements had been taken wrong and then tried to blame me for it even though it was their staff who took my measurements in the store. They attempted to alter the outfit but made it worse. When I told them I wanted a refund, they refused and said they have a no-refund policy which they did not make me aware of in advanced. They're explanation was that tailor-made outfits are about trial and error which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from a clothing store. They accused me for not giving them enough time to deliver the outfit even though before placing the order I made it clear when I needed the outfit, got them to confirm that they could do it in that time without any problems and they guaranteed it.
They didnt apologise even once for the mess they created with my wedding outfit, refused to give me a refund and had no sympathy for the fact that they have left me dress-less a week before my wedding. I kept asking them for a refund so I could try and find another outfit but they refused and kept wasting more of my time by saying they will alter it more even though they clearly have no tailoring skills. When i threatened to report them to trading standards, they commented that they've heard those threats before so it is clear they have done this to others. I ended up walking out without an outfit and no time and money to get another outfit because of the greed of this company.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely agree with the (one star) review below! I fact I would give it zero star.
The customer service before you buy is extremely pushy, albeit polite and encouraging. They promise you the earth but deliver nothing. I bought two lengha from here for a wedding one for me and another for my daughter at a cost of £300. They promised to call within three weeks when the outfits had been tailored. One month later and still no call. When Outfits finally were ready they were atrocious to say the least. The fitting was awful, instructions and measurement were not followed (they were taken on the back of their business card!!) and the entire outfits were badly stitched with no finishing effort made at all stitching was frayed, edges not trimmed, no lining, and wrong colour threads which were visible. When I complained politely they were not apologetic and had the audacity to say I gave the wrong measurements and I was being fussy ! I repeated that I was told I would get a made to measure fitting and that’s far from what I got!! Anyway long story short, I left with two extremely ill fitting outfits which had to be sorted at further cost by another tailor. Please please please do not go to this store. Save your money and go elsewhere or pay a bit extra and get proper service. Stores like this should not be in business as customer service only matters when they are taking your money. Aftercare is non existence. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stress and go shop elsewhere.
