Google Bad Review 1: Rude , there was this Indian man employee who was extremely rude to me…I did not say one word instead thanks him nicely when buying because as a young student I was scared and also I am a shy person , I dont have bad personality ,,I just wanted a cream and wanted to know a bit about it ,,so i only asked him ‘will this cream have any side affect on my skin' the sad part he did not let me complete my sentence as I struggle a lot with my skin,,and also gets bullied a lot…the Indian employee ,he was like with angry tone voice ‘do you want it? Yes or no' then helplessly i said yes because I walk for 1 hour to this shop and did not wanted to return empty hand at home.
I believe no one has the right to be that rude…they r many people who have bad days ,,and me as customer I have been bullied badly at school and if someone else in shops also get rude to me then have mental depression, people can also have suicidal attempts..so next time please be nice to ur customers.thank you

Google Bad Review (2): I was about to pay for my crochet hair and I bent down to look for my purse in my bag and when I got back up to pay the man at the counter had removed the price tag and charged me 70p more for each pack and I told him that that wasn’t the price I saw before coming to the counter and then he said there was no price tag on it but luckily for me I had taken a picture of the pack with the tag on it and I showed it to them and they denied it was taken from their store so I zoomed in and showed them their label on the price tag and then they said it was their mistake they put down the wrong price. It was so bad the way they made me feel and thank God I took a picture of the tag before taking it to the counter. Horrible customer service just the worst
