Google Bad Review 1: This is my first google review and I have to say this store is by far the worst customer service ever, the worst treatment I have ever had!! From the millions of shops I have been to! the lady in charge is utterly disrespectful, she's a liar and a cheat! She ripped me off, promised me my dress will be sorted for the due date, expected me to pick another dress and after my even my dress will be delivered lol, what a witch, Please do not go here! I would never ever recommend this place!!! There are 100 other store which you can get cheap and beautiful wedding dresses from. I Just wished I was smart enough to read these reviews from before hand! I dont believe the positive reviews were given by real customers but her own family and friends. Shame on you.

Google Bad Review (2): I went to Style room today and it a disgusting experience I bought a Lengha from there and the owner was so rude and unprofessional. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! She makes promises she simply cannot keep. She told me she would do the alterations on the as part of the cost, But when I went to collect then outfit I was told I would need to an additional £70. When I told her that was not part of the agreement she got very aggressive and would not speak to me over the phone, instead she got her colleague to do her dirty work and got her to communicate to me on the phone. I requested a refund she said I could only have a credit note which had to be spent in the shop within a year!. She wouldn't even allow me to pay by card in the shop so I had to do a bank transfer(obviously for tax purposes) and then when her colleague could not deal with the situation she actually made the effort to being herself down to the shop. When she arrived she was abusive and her behaviour was psychotic!! Swearing and shouting at me! All I can say is that I will never be shopping there again!!!!!!!
