Google Bad Review 1: Disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by Sarah, no transparency around costs or next steps during the process and such an unpleasant experience with a final invoice. She only notified me of additional charges a week after we finalised the engagement, in a cursory email, which came as a total surprise because there was no mention of this in our final face to face meeting. When I challenged some of the unexpected and unclear costs, I was met with zero compromise and aggressive language about threats of additional interest if I didn't pay, and chastised for not understanding the contract I signed with them. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, it appears the priority is to milk clients as much as possible – the relationship isn't worth a few quid for them. I was disgusted with this firm and I won't be coming back.
