Google Bad Review 1: Booked an appointment for 6pm a few weeks in advance through treatwell and received a confirmation email. Got a call at 5.50pm on the day telling me I'd missed my appointment and the stylist could no longer see me. The booking system clearly leaves a lot to be desired. Very unhappy and won't bother trying to re-book.

Google Bad Review (2): I have never been to a worse place to have my hair done. I was 6 minutes late (anyone who lives in London knows that public transport can be a pain). I walked in and was looked up and down by the receptionist, not even greeted as she shouted to the hairdresser that her appointment was here. I was then greeted with ‘you're very late' brought into and empty salon where another hairdresser was having her roots done and the rest of staff were standing around bickering about what hair products to order. My hairdresser told me my hair was messy, gave me the briefest consultation I have ever had and then shoved a brush in my face and told me to sort my hair out. She then did not speak to me for the duration of the appointment and talked to colleagues as if I was invisible. My hair is now a state, it has just had bleach put through it and does not suit me or my skin tone. I'm appalled by this place and their service – I was late but by only a few minutes and it wasn't like they were rushed off their feet, the atmosphere was cold and cliquey and unpleasant to be in for 2 hours. I am not a complainer and usually very polite and pleasant but I was so taken aback as I've never had an experience like this in London or anywhere else. I actively encourage people to avoid such a place as it was horrible for me to sit there and feel like dirt for the time I was there. Awful.
