Google Bad Review (2): Inattended as an out patient in December. All the staff were pleasant and polite except for the accounts department. I had occasion to query my bill and have never met with such rudeness. They were unhelpful, and totally lacked manners. I have spoken to another person who experienced the same thing from the accounts people. Spire should make sure their staff arenproperly trained.
