Google Bad Review 1: I came here for my birthday for a spa pass and 50 minute deep tissue massage. When I got in the massage room, she asked me what I wanted from the session and I said “high pressure and focus on my trapezoids and arms”. The whole massage was as if she was just rubbing her hands on me. She focused on my spine and barely swept over my trapezoids and completely forgot my arms! The spa was very small and the jacuzzi had people in it the full two hours of our pass. I’m so very disappointed as I felt my day was absolutely ruined. They also only asked me if I want tea and not my partner and we had to share tea which is not relaxing at all. Most importantly is they should hire professional masseuse for such an expensive place costing almost 400 gbp for two people
