absolute disaster

Google Bad Review (2): Booked a Europe tour for my elderly parents. The tour guide these guys provided was a joke! He was rude, and rushed the elderly and didn't know what he was doing. Spoke to other people on the tour and they all had bad experiences with the guide.
Upon informing Sona tours of this, they simply made excuses for the tour guide – who is clearly not trained to be one. Total trip ruined by this one person who will not be held accountable. Its clear Sona tours are not picky with tour guides – I mean this guy didn't even know where he was going and was rude.
Will never book with them again, plenty of other better travel agencies around.
