Both were ordered on Dec 12th.
No one knows where it is, they all think it has been delivered and it hasn't.
They do not know what to do or say, someone is telling me one thing and I then get told another.
I have told them to listen to the recordings – I will be in touch with the final chapter as soon as I have an answer
I would never order off of this company again!
