Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointing, rude and unprofessional. Never came back following site visit despite assurances. Perhaps it was because the ‘engineer' was handed a surveyors report which clearly outlined what work was required. Oh BTW before you say we have the wrong company I was the individual who hung around for your engineer on behalf of the freeholder. Not sure where and how all these outstanding reviews came to be.

Google Bad Review (2): This place is full of people who are not qualified to be plumbers and are winging it. The first time I was sent them by Hamptons International they dismantled my boiler and took 8 hours drilling holes into walls and gave me 2 operational units for one boiler.. the only thing that needed to be done was the thermostat needed replacing.
Today they came to fix a small part on toilet flush.. it was just one part needed replacing it was a one hour job! He broke the toilet top.. had to go to the shop to replace it.. drilled another hole in the wall messed with the water supply, his tool stopped working so he left again!! And then he has left me with no water supply for the weekend.. No response from the Snowik team! I had to call an emergency plumber! They take 2or3 times as long and make a mess! very unprofessional even worst they are unqualified! AVOID!!!! And despite me asking they do not wear masks on the job or gloves or use sanitation!
