Google Bad Review 1: Quite sad to leave this review but has to be done. We've lived at a property managed by this company for almost 3 years. During our stay, they were ok, got things done in the end but quite slow(we had to wait over 1 year to get the light switches fixed).
However, when we moved out and tried to get our deposit back, it was a battle. They tried to keep money from the deposit at every corner. The amount we would be getting back was always different without an actual explanation.
I always dealt with Joey and during our stay he was friendly and polite but while trying to get our money back, it was a completely different story. Rude and unprofessional.
It took over 1 month since we moved out to get our deposit back and caused so much stress fighting for our money back! So unprofessional
