Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely amateur, unskilled chancers! To achieve a realistic result you have to use different sized needles and fade the ink into the existng hairline using lighter ink. These jokers litterally blitz your head over three sessions, they don't have specialist lighting so that they can see what they're doing – just the strip light on the ceiling. No proper hygene or after care. My result looks ridiculous! I have a clear line around my head with a very harsh hairline, not the soft fade that I requested. I strongly suspect that their promo photos are Photoshopped because there is no finess in their clumsy work. No shading, fading or attention to detail. I will not be using my one year gurantee to have them correct my result because I don't trust them and I strongly advise anyone reading this to steer clear! At £3k I feel completely ripped off and fooled by the other 5 star reviews which must surely be fake…
