Google Bad Review 1: I went on the recommendation of a friend. The appointment and the top up appointment went ok but not even 2 months later most of pigment disappeared from patches of the eyebrows. I got in touch to request an additional top up and was asked to pay an additional cost to the top up and the woman was super rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even let me finish explaining while she spoke over me and then hung up saying I should call back when I was calm when I was only trying to explain. It’s very pricey tag to pay for pigment that doesn’t last more than 2 months and even more so for unprofessional customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): It’s not surprising to see that Sian has been called a fraudster. I booked to get microblading done. Initial results seemed fine. Went back for a top up as agreed 4 weeks later. I got turned away for having eyelash extensions on. Sian’s assistant informed me that I shouldn’t have them on as per aftercare email. What aftercare email I asked?!! I asked them to show me the email they’d sent me which didn’t exist. I was never informed I wasn’t allowed to have extensions on & never received an aftercare email of any sort. As a result, they made me pay £100 as a missed appt. Shocking given they’d never sent me any aftercare info. The results were disappointing. There are way better professional artists out there. Sian is not talented at all.
