Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service from beginning to end. They staffed a trainee solicitor on the purchase of my first home who was, frankly, incompetent: emails and documents full of typos, avoided calls, spoke poorly when on the phone, and was the cause of significant delay. Worst of all, the firm failed to register us as the new property owners with the Land Registry and it took substantial follow up by me for them to do so – eight months after we had moved in.

Google Bad Review (2): It was a horrible experience with Mr Wilkes The firm treats potential clients like “underlying” to make money. They don’t really care about the client unless they see a way they can make money out of u. Not responsive at all unless there is something in there for them. It’s about their “perfect client” – a case they can make money on quick and straight. Not so much about the carrying out justice or treating people in the right way. Would not recommend.
