Google Bad Review 1: Let me start off by saying that I'm sure this studio has a number of talented and professional artists on whom I cannot comment. This review is specifically related to the owner and founder of Sang Bleu, Maxime Plescia-Buchi, who tattooed a friend of mine recently and was one of the rudest and most obnoxious tattoo artists I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. He turned up fifteen minutes late to the appointment, after which he greeted my friend and they began discussing ideas to fit around an existing tattoo. My friend had a number of possible ideas and was open minded, but Maxime vetoed his main idea immediately with no movement. Then his second, third and so on, until he had basically refused to do anything that my friend actually wanted because he felt it wouldn't ‘look good'. He was barely listening to what he wanted, eating his lunch at the same time and sometimes even on his phone, clearly not very bothered about the expensive and permanent accessory he was about to make on my friend's body. After going back and forth for almost an hour, it became clear that Maxime wasn't prepared to do anything that my friend wanted, but if he had left at that time he would have had to give up his £200 deposit, which he wasn't prepared to do. He then felt pressured to get something done, so settled for a design that wasn't quite his style but served the purpose of utilising the deposit. He came home really unhappy and dejected about the fact that he had essentially been manipulated into getting something he didn't want for fear of losing £200, all because Maxime was too arrogant and stubborn to compromise on what he thought was stylish and cool. This friend is one of the loveliest guys and it was horrible to see him come away so sad from a tattoo that he was initially so excited to get. I will never be visiting this studio again and will not be recommending it.

Google Bad Review (2): been waited an hour for the small design which is just a copy of an existing work. Didn’t asked for the design when my friend booked the appointment months ago. And didn’t give any pre-warning of not to bring friends along because they have to wait outside. Some artists seems nice, finished design in half an hour and had conversations with the customers before they get started. But the designer my friend booked didn’t care much, and as I’ve said took too long a time re-drawing his previous work.
