Google Bad Review 1: Employees are trained thieves.
I bought a dress at this branch of Samaritans, and upon returning home I discovered my purse and phone were nowhere to be seen. Retracing my steps to the store, I told the woman at the counter, who'll be referred to as The Very Short Woman, that I had misplaced my belongings, the Manager, Michael, had overheard this and offered to view the CCTV footage which I accepted.
Viewing the CCTV footage unmasked the thief as The Very Short Woman who had served me in the shop. Michael, the Manager, began to become aggressive towards myself once he discovered his employee was at fault. I then politely asked him to contact the police, he then swung the door open, ushered me out, saying “Get the **** out of my shop.” I refused as I was waiting the for the police and Michael proceeded to say “How ****ing long will they be” and “You're so ****ing annoying.” meanwhile another colleague, who will be referred to as The Hefty Lady, was also hostile towards myself also telling me to get out of the shop. Again I had refused, waiting for the arrival of the police.
By the time two police officers had arrived, The Hefty Lady had left the store while Michael's condescending attitude had vanished. Once they police had confirmed The Very Short Woman as the perpetrator, she denied the allegations saying she didn't see nor handle the purse.
This probed police to search the store, finding nothing. The police then viewed CCTV footage of the back office, restricted to employees only. This further incriminated The Very Short Woman as it showed her placing the purse in a bag and walking out of shot of the camera. Once retrieving the bag seen in the footage, it did not contain the purse, implying that The Very Short Woman had moved the purse offsite. This had prompted the police to search the back alley behind the store, and as if it was a miracle, it was there, ready to be looted.
Every member of staff in the store had been condescending, rude and unprofessional to myself, even after my belongings had been acquired, saying, “You shouldn't of left it here in the first place”.
As someone who aims to support charities in need, I find it unacceptable that employees would not only treat customers this way, but also go against their own morale.

Google Bad Review (2): One star even that is too much for the miserable rude volunteer that works here.. long dark hair with eyeliner like shes had it on all week.. I've been in here twice now and shes been equally as rude each time I go in there… next time I go in if she is rude I will tell her so no matter how packed the shop is… to the tall man who works there thank you for helping with my simple enquiry that hag bag couldn't be bothered to help me with let alone look at my face when I talk to her
