Google Bad Review 1: Worst piercing experience of my life!
I had my nose pierced here and after almost two years my piercing hasn't healed! The staff have been completely unsupportive as they blamed me for the delayed healing. How is that supposed to be my fault? They provided zero guidance and could not wait to get rid of me every time I approached them. They may look professional but as soon as you have a problem you'll be on your own.

Google Bad Review (2): I got 3 ear lobe piercings. Two are infected and am currently still on antibiotics. While infections may occur and might have all sorts of reasons, I have to say that I was sent home after each checkup with “oh things look great” while I had a completely swallowed ear with lots of surcharge (and later blood). I was given green lights after the last checkup that I've been to. I was told that things look “oh just perfect” while I had to see a doctor afterwards and start my first antibiotic course to treat what were obvious and visible signs of an infection. I would say it's better to face a problem than run away from chances of being held responsible.
The phone call that I had with them to cancel a schedueld checkup since am on medical treatment was completely awkward, ignoring anything that I said (btw. why schedule a further checkup if things are “oh just perfect”?). They went into complete silence, canceled the appointment without even asking what happened, how bad things are or anything. Never heard from them ever since then. I recommend finding yourself another piercing studio.
