Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointed about my visit at Rush. I booked an appointment a week ago and they confirmed the price for me over the phone. I went for my appointment today and I must say I was not not happy with the outcome. The haircut I got was okay but I did not get the colour/highlights I was looking for and plus they used products on my hair without asking me. So when I went to pay I was charge 100£ extra for products which no one informed me about during the application. I went back to them asking why and they only agreed to give me a 20£ voucher for my next visit? Are you kidding me? It’s not okay to charge customer for something and not inform them. I ended up paying 277£ for my hair and this even included a discount. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back anymore.

Google Bad Review (2): I visited london in april and had Brazilian blow out at rush hair earls court service was good . Alexander did it but was not satisfied with the results not as I expected there is still some frizz and front straightening not done properly.
