Google Bad Review (2): Worst Nightmare ever.. paid 10k for water restoration, which was them just ripping my basement floors and cutting partial of sheet rock, and dehumidifying)… High way robbery. I also paid 7k for excavation so my sewer line pipe gets replaced. How does this water restoration service cost more than a sewer line replacement? The height of in my basement was shorter than my ankle…
Even when I mentioned the high a** price, they said “don’t worry about it, insurance will cover that”. My naive a** thought “ok cool”.
Currently battling with my insurance after being told by a Roto Rooter agent that my insurance will cover it.
Never should have agreed to have them do this, I’m a first time homeowner and panicked under pressure and paid for work that could’ve been done for 25% of what they charged me. Now I’m arguing with insurance trying to get them to pay Roto Rooter so I don’t get sued.
