Google Bad Review (2): Appalling experience with Ritzi Structural Engineers. We paid for a report (over £770), and when we chased them because they had not sent us the report in the agreed timing, they sent me someone else's report! Surprise surprise, when I flagged this to them, they quickly sent me “mine”, which was partly a copy paste of the other person's report!!! INSANE.
Impossible to reach them on the phone, they do NOT reply to emails, and when they do, it takes another 10 days before you can actually talk to someone. The WORST engineers I have dealt with in London.
