The entire experience was totally horrendous. Arun Associates were truly incompetent from day 1. The list of horrors is too long to mention here – but among them: no communication, letters sent to the wrong address, slow to act, do not react to feedback. I uspect there is a conflict of interest when a 2nd surveyor needs to be appointed (Arun will appoint one of their associates). Their internal appeals/dispute mechanism is not independent or impartial.

We enagaged them in 2020 and will never work with them again.

Complete CON artist, a terrible service.

SUNDEEP GUPTA was hired to complete a structural survey. (Proof attached)

Sundeep arrived two hours late

Lied about experience with old properties

Attempted to survey outside in the dark (no torch)

Took multiple private phone calls on site

Was in a hurry to leave, ignored my questions and drove off

Offered Ill, incorrect and dangerous advice

Missed multiple critical points such as rotten timbers which were all clearly visable and exposed.

Refused to return to carry out the survey correctly

Ignored my emails and calls for three months!

I have had this work completed again and the other company was SHOCKED at SUNDEEP GUPTAss suggestions and said we could have DIED if completed the works and used the building!

Once SUNDEEP GUPTA finally answered my call he invented excuses that he had moved back to india and wasnt working as this company anymore. Which were clearly lies (evidence attached)

SUNDEEP GUPTA IS DANGEROUS!

For clarification In response to feedback below (now deleted)

Yes we agree that Sundeep was “hired, paid only for initial site structural survey & thereafter verbal feedback only without any obligation for carrying out any additional works that include design, drawings works or approval of any kinds.”

“We carried out the Non Intrusive site survey as per our terms of the business and given the professional feedback on site. .“

Areas of critical concern were clearly visible as the entire structure is exposed, only requiring a little bending of the knee and looking slightly below eye level. No additional advice to open up for further evaluation was suggested.

No change or amendments to the original scope were ever requested we were simply seeking further clarification on the suggestions Sundeep put forward and provided images of the already exposed areas he failed to notice as three independent builders outright refused to carry out the work on the grounds of how dangerous Sundeeps solution would be.
Sundeep ignored all basic questions and correspondence, we still welcome any response to our queries?

The latest response from Sundeep very inappropriately claims me to be a racist… Lowering himself to this level is upsetting and a true testament of his character!

I was recently contacted by phone about a job application i submitted… that was 3 months ago i was told constantly that i would be contacted about my application i was told the HR relevant people were away because of Easter holidays, i was asked a few times to call back at a specific time and they would have an answer….

i did exactly as HR recruitment manager asked and called back and again i was given that the relevant people werent back from “Holidays” again and i was given a harsh tone for trying to be so proactive and persistent and eager? I was slapped on the wrist for being on time and persistent about my possible future job? i didnt snap back or anything as she again insisted that someone would call me next week?

Its been 3 more weeks and absolutely noone has contacted me….. THEY INITIALLY CONTACTED ME!! And have given me excuses for calling again next week and she was adamant that it would be next week too!? But making me feel like ive insulted them by following their instructions and being proactive and persistent about a possible job vacancy!?

IF FOSTERS & PARTNERS ARE NOT GENUINE OR SINCERE about a job vacancy or what they tell me on the phone, whats it like for an actual employee!?

I retracted my application via email, as its affecting mental health, self respect.. Its ok for Fosters and Partners to be on Easter holiday and the following Bank Holiday but not ok for an application candidate that has been constantly told to call back next week??!! 3 months! not sure if HR will read it, too busy on LinkedIn commenting on posts…..
