Google Bad Review 1: A drill was used to remove CND shellac. Why was this? I assumed it was standard in their salon until I saw other ladies having gel soaked off, as normal.
There is no reason for any gel to be removed this way as it damages the nail bed.
A drill was then used to remove my cuticles which then resulted in my cuticles bleeding.
Finally, my nail bed was scratched deliberately . I asked why this was, and the lady replied it helped the gel last. That may be the case but I have been having gel/shellac manicures for nearly ten years and nobody has ever scratched my nail bed on purpose. This is surely what you do when you have Bio Gel, not gel polish?
I can already feel how thin my nails are underneath the polish. I’ve seen another review with the same experience and the claim they are all trained and have the same standard of professionalism . They don’t.
