Google Bad Review 1: Where do I start! I would give this centre NO STAR IF I COULD.
I am a single mother of two very young children. My child was unwell, and I ran around preparing the relevant arangemnts hours before. However, there was an accident on my way to the training centre, which caused the greater delay.
I can admit that I arrived 30 minutes late, huffing and puffing for breath. I was greated in a stern unfriendly manner and I was told to leave in front of everyone in the class! Furthermore, Dee informed me that I would need to rebook the course and PAY AGAIN. For your information DEE I had saved up to attend your course and i am currently experiencung financial hardship. This course was meant to help further my knowledge and open doors to further working opportunities.
I travelled from London all the way by car, arranged and paid for childcare, to finally be greated in the poor and unethical manner In which DEE did, was very sad and upsetting. I honstly left in floods of tears and drove all the way back.
I wouldn't have minded if DEE had just let me sit in on the class or welcomed me to share whatever time and experience I had remaining, afterall I did pay for it.
I demand a refund and compensation.

Google Bad Review (2): Came all the way from Croydon wish I hadn’t, left my house around 7:50 to make it on time there were problems with the jubilee line which I had expressed to the lady who had pretended to be caring.
The problems with the jubilee line affected the rest of my journey I told her when the next train would be which was at 9:43 to Gerrards Cross she said that’s it’s okay that she would wait longer, when I got there at 10:10 she said she can’t talk to me, she could told me earlier on not to bother wasting my time and continuing with her journey, so disappointed
