Google Bad Review 1: Is there a zero star option? Waited 15 minutes for a cappuccino and it wasn't even that busy. The staff were just stood around with zero work ethic. They had no alternative milk options, and to top it off the coffee was awful! Don't waste your time, go to a Starbucks or Costa you'll get a much better all round experience.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't really agree with the way rapha branding is not inclusive to everyone but a bunch of high budget elitism that can include themselves only with private Clubs a nd all that EXCLUSIVE approach that makes sure they don't mix with the mortal cycling community. I think you guys have a few good products on paper till you look at the price.
These days is incredible how everyone is so gender/race/other things high alert but when someone/brand makes this social exclusions based on buying power, it's just OK?
Definitely not for me this concept of “boutique”Is sickening for so many the way see cycling.
