This store staff have bad customer service, ridiculous policies and rude employees. This store will refuse to provide any good services to any ethnic minorities, so don’t have any expectations.

My experience has been unacceptable. I requested to use their bike tools/equipment and was financially exploited into purchasing a tool that I didn’t need to buy.

After purchasing the goods, I went back to return it in excellent resale-able condition and this was rejected. I would like to make it clear that I am not unhappy for the cost of the goods, but seriously shocked by their lack of customer service and treatment towards minorities.

The staff in question are in urgent need of a restructure, they are unaware of customers rights and tailor “store policies” to their needs. I asked them to see and view their store policies but they failed in providing it.

Google Bad Review (2):  My experience was the worst, I left my bike there for almost 3 weeks and they didn't fix. I needed to pick up and bring to another place. And the staff said would be better to buy a new bike than to fix. Crazy man.
