Google Bad Review 1: An appalling level of service. Emails are not responded to for weeks, despite regular reminders, staff are rude on the phone and dismissive of concerns when they finally do respond to an email, accounts are issued five months or more after the end of the financial year, if you are lucky, etc. And that’s from a landlord’s point of view. Having changed to new arrangements that are about to come into effect (can’t wait), I also understand that they treat suppliers even worse… I cannot stress this enough – find an alternative property management company if you are looking for one. Anyone else is virtually guaranteed to do a better job. If I could give them a negative -5 star rating I would.

Google Bad Review (2): They are the worst block management company I have had the misfortune to deal with (Im a landlord). Emails go unasnwered for weeks or months and when you apply pressure they give you some story as to why they are not actioning what they should be doing. List of problems I have with them: 1) they never action repairs increasing the cost of damage and costs to the freeholder and leaseholders; 2) when you email them you never hear back even when following up again and again; 3) the property internally quickly deteriorates as no one takes care of it; 4) they are terrible at managing the freeholder entity frequently violating Company House rules. Avoid! As soon as we can as freeholders we will remove them.
