Google Bad Review: Seriously poor agency. Tried to mess us around with an intentionally ambiguous break clause when we wanted to move out due to an insane neighbour, and when they realised we were clearly in the right just flat out stopped replying to our emails. Had to stay another two months, and we were told to move out two weeks before our move out date because of the way they'd messed us around. If you can avoid this agency then for god's sake do.
