Google Bad Review 1: I literally have just got home, I have never been embarressed in a nail shop before! I was seen by the mother, she obviously couldn’t be bothered, my nails ended up lumpy, I nicely asked her if she could file them down, and that’s when she starting huffing, she then cut my little finger, when I told her she ignored it. After she turns to her daughter with my hand and said “can you check look no lumps or cuts” and stood up, when I said there was, she said “it’s not evening bleeding” and walked off, customers heard. She left me sat there, but came back to take the money I left on the table. I left before I could wash my hands, as I felt humiliated. I cannot believe I spent £30 on this absolutely terrible customer service and nails. As I am paying I expect to be able to say if there is something wrong without being made to feel uncomfortable. It was my first time there, and I will not be going back. I hope no one else experiences this. I now have horrid nails for my holiday.

Google Bad Review (2): Disappointed…been here before & treatment was good. But not today ☹️☹️
Booked for manicure/shellac for special occasion.
Unfortnately, the technician I saw today made my fingers bleed whilst having the manicure. He took off too much skin around my nails. He was apologetic but my fingers were bleeding, stinging & sore so i left without shellac. Too painful, very disappointed. Awaiting a call back from Manager.
I won't be returning.
