Google Bad Review 1: This solicitors is very unprofessional and rude and clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people I spoke to a manager called Liam/Leo what ever his name was! After speaking to a rude lady called evie mosley
I asked him a simple question and they were being very abrupt and ignorant down the phone I have recorded this and I will be exposing over Twitter Facebook and YouTube to let them know about the customer service coming from the solicitors this is very unprofessional and I will be taking matters into my own hands by contacting the ombudsman service to look into this! Liam needs some more customer service and training as his attitude stinks like his personality. As for the other (lady evie mosley) learn to speak clear English and talk to people with manners over their phone when u no it’s been recorded I shall see what sorry I will get but I will sure not accept it! Unprofessional people will never get good reviews and if it takes me to write the review every day about this company then so be it I SURE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
