Google Bad Review 1: I went there to ask some help. The receptionist has attitude problem. Her name is Alison. Very arrogant woman and neurotic. She shouldn't work in her position.
-Do you have appointment? (She asked me)
-No, I don't. But I can book one. Sorry, I didnt know your system…(I said.)
-Why are you here?
-…(I started to tell my story shortly when she hit the table and started to shout.)
-Can you just sit down?!! I'm doing something. I'm very busy. Just sit down there!!
(I sit down there and after 2 minutes she turned to me and ask me nervously.)
-So what's your problem!? Why are you here!?
-I tried to tell my problem again and she decided alone that I can't meet with any lawyer and she won't give me appointment. Maybe she was right but how she behaved was definitely wrong and unprofessional.
-Okay. Let me go. I don't want waste your time. Just give me your name, please and I'm going…(I had to ask her 3 times when she gave it to me finally.)
-Just let me go and you can work as you said you very busy. (I said to her again as she blocked my way because she tried to be polite after this…)
After few minutes when she finished with her conversation she left me to go…
I have problem enough without her and it was very bad experience to me as she make me feel a piece of s*… and I hope she will change after my complain…
