Google Bad Review 1: Made an appointment for a facial for 6pm and was called as they had earlier appointments but it was not shown on appointments available, so I agreed to go for 5pm, made my way to the salon to only get turned away as one of the staff was suddenly sick and they couldn’t see me. Had my time wasted as I could of gone elsewhere but they assured me that they had available times to be seen. Rohail the manager was rude and inconsiderate and I will not be going back

Google Bad Review (2): I booked a Facial for the 3rd of July at 2pm with this very unprofessional company. Just to wake up on the day and find at email stating that they changed my appointment to 12pm. I called the company and this was verified I explained all of the above to the man in the phone. Who then advices that my 2pm appointment time was now taken up. So told them I will be writing a review and Put down the phone on him. I was very disappointed as the treatment was a present to my daughter for her birthday which they was made aware of in the booking process. I start trying to find other company’s only to get a call back from posh pro telling me about he does not like the fact I put down the phone on him. Then asking me do I want my original appointment but I can not put a review. I told him if I am coming in, I am coming and my scheduled booked appointment time as planned her said that’s ok. Then he asked the practitioner if she want to do the appointment for facial at 2 and she out right said no. So therefore they did not they are a bunch of liars as clearly my 2pm appointment was still available for me but the lady just wanted to get out of doing it at that time. This is highly highly unprofessional and their customer service is a big joke. I would not recommend them to anybody at all.
