2) Not secure of themselves in the way they work (perform).
Went for a simple root canal treatment and left without thinking it twice.

Google Bad Review (2): I was over charged whilst I was when I asked for a clean up, it was way more than the standard price. After calling several times and emailing they still did not fix the problem after telling me to email them.
I felt one time i was given treatment I was given filling for the tooth I didn't need. As this is something I would potentially need to change over a few years I believe there could have been other measures implemented. The tooth gives me discomfort and I have aches ever since receiving this treatment.
I have been attending the practice since I was 11 years old. I was told by the dentist my teeth were good. When I hit 19 I was told by the same dentist something completely different.I told him I was going to get invasilign at a different dentist office, it felt like all of a sudden to say I had a severe overbite that would take over 3 years to fix and they could redirect me to the dentist nearer so them. They were far more expensive, also the dentist claimed the place I was going to was a scam, they were a reputable company.
I don't appreciate despite needing braces they never tried hard enough for me to get them whilst free so then conviently I could pay them the full price when older.

I was a long time customer, the times you say I missed 5 different appointments this was when I was a minor and needed to attend with an adult. I apologise as this was my mother always arranging appointments and therefore would try to fit them around her busy schedule and therefore may have forgotten to let you know she wouldn't be able to take me. When I was finally able to come alone I came on time and early. I never the less ended up always making my appointments for checkups. Personally I don't understand why you brought this point up, I feel like it is to make me look bad to other people reading this review.
Since coming to your practice 3 years ago I have been left with a negative outlook on dentistry as a whole. I was 10 years old since I came, you told me my teeth were fine to then say it was severly bad when I'm about to do braces elsewhere. I have not come back to your practice since.
I have been self conscious about my teeth since I was little and when I finally had the courage to pay for a treatment myself with a trustable service, you felt the need to finally tell me I had severe dental problems that would need years to fix. Problems like this do not just occur overnight, if this was the case either I would have been able to be given free braces before I hit 18 or I would have been aware of this condition by you and hence, not so late and abrupt when I'm going to use another service to fix my teeth.
I have since never attended pimlico dentist and intend not to since I found this an upsetting occurance.
