Google Bad Review 1: Dentists vary in quality. Some are diligent, some seem to have no interest in their job. This could be forgivable if only the management was not so poorly organised.
My latest experience involved waiting an hour for an appointment, to be told the dentist had changed their working-hours 6 months ago and my appointment should have been rescheduled (but wasn't). I was told to wait further until the dentist arrived, but it turned out the dentist was taking the day off.

Google Bad Review (2): I had an appointment at 6.40pm and when I showed up it was fully closed and all lights were off! My appointment had even been confirmed via text the day before and they're supposed to be open until 8pm. No one picked up the phone. Now the next day they have still not responded to me. Horrible service.
