Did not provide estimates. Was told one price and then as I came round from a general anaesthetic I was harassed for more money for a swab that I'd already paid for. Then informed no, I had to pay more despite no written estimate or agreement in advance. Then bullied and ignored by management when trying to get to the bottom of things.
This hospital does not put patients first, does not adhere to GMC Standards and should be reported to the CQC for flagrant disregard of their patients.
