Google Bad Review (2): Don't let your loved ones near this agency. They dont care about you or your family. This care agency provides very poor service to it's customers who are vulnerable. Absolutely awful treatment of my grandmother throughout. The nurse and management are useless, unprofessional and unsupportive. Even one star is a generous rating. Absolutely disgusting organisation! Definitely would NOT recommend!!!
