Google Bad Review 1: I am an ex patient of this uselss dental clinic. A couple of years ago, I turned up for my early appointmet to be told that the dentist had called in sick, so i re-scheduled and guess what, next time the same dentist off sick! The Office Manager told me she had tried to call my mobile to let me know but somehow she couldnt get through to my phone or indeed leave a message. The Reception staff seem to think its acceptable to argue with each other/talk about each others failings in front of patients. Totally unprofessional and d anacceptable.
This morning, My husband turned up for his appointment and was told that it had been cancelled. He spoke to the office manager who said someone using his name had called and cancelled the appoinment. This sounds like an obvious lie and a cover up for sheer incompetence, which has cost a morning away from work . Letter of complaint on the way to SMILE for LIFE Dental Clinic . Definitely no stars AVOID AVOID AVOID

Google Bad Review (2): Stay away if possible! I've been attending this practise for approximately 7 years and I've been kicking myself for doing so! I've had 2 fillings and an extraction. Each procedure was absolutely horrendous.
I moved from a little town into the big city 7 years back and out of desperation found this one on my doorstep. At first impression the reception team seemed friendly and welcoming. However over the years they have lost their professionalism, lost their mannerisms and the reception area needs a serious update! The interior is exactly the same to when I first registered with them!
My appointments have always felt rushed. The extraction was a complete nightmare. Tugging and pulling with serious force and no care for thinking of my after effects…FYI I've had an extraction before and I was in NO PAIN what so ever. However, this treatment knocked me out, was unable to eat and blood was pouring for several hours. (This should not have happened).
Recently I mentioned sensitivity on a tooth. The practitioner disregarded my ache and decided to put a filling on another tooth which is fine when thinking a “professionals” opinion is probably best. Nonetheless, I left the practise with numbness lasting for 3 hours from the anesthetic. I was told it would only last an hour, also I had MORE sensitivity on the tooth which she had filled and to top it off. The filling started eroding within a day!
I have no idea with what materials they use or any knowledge of good or bad equipment however, my experiences were AWFUL! I felt rushed out the room on every treatment. Mrs Nisha (the dentist) seemed more interested in my gym routine and her diet than my teeth and the receptionist were constantly eating. Worst practise ever!!
