Google Bad Review 1: I posted the below review previously, but I they replied accusing me of being dishonest, how very ironic, and extremely convenient.
I edited it to tell them that actually they once again confirmed that they are the dishonest ones, but could not repost.
Also, please note how poetic it is of them to try to bully me out of the absolute truth of my personal experience.
So, here it goes again: lee marnitz (no capital) will rush you in and out of all of your appointments faster than a train going through Japan.
marnitz will always aim low and out: money; quick, low quality results, and you are squeezed out.
So you'll often find yourself being almost physically pushed down the corridor toward the exit, while you are desperately trying to ask a simple question about your treatment, only to be brushed off like dandruff in the wind, which I find, among a few other things, abundantly rude.
But marnitz, fancying himself a bit of a bully, is right at home there.
One receptionist (bita) has very bad manners and is spectacularly arrogant; and the practise manager is just a simpleton (just look at the reply they'll give me)
But worry not, because the prize to endure all of the above is in the form of a less than mediocre outcome.
So, if you are after a badly mannered receptionist, a simpleton to handle your complaints (you might have a few of those) an unprofessional, incompetent bully and shoddy results, then search no further, as this is exactly what you are looking for.

Google Bad Review (2): I tried to make an appointment for initial consultation for 3 implants and number of crowns on private. I was told I would need to make two separate appointments and pay twice as they don’t seem to have a dentist who deals with both implants and crowns. I tried to explain that every other dentist that I have been contacting deal with both subjects in one appointment some had free consultation. The receptionist Maria however, didn’t seem to have a lot of patients and replied with ‘Do you want an appointment or not?’ Eventually made an appointment and again unlike most places had to pay up front on the phone for an appointment about in a month. After a week or so, having found an efficient dentist whom I visited for consultation on both implant and crown in one appointment I called in to Chiswick Dental to cancel my appointment. After being put on hold for 10 minutes and then again for another 5 minutes I could hear Maria telling the receptionist who eventually answered my call ‘Tell him he has to come in to get his refund’. Unbelievable in the day an age that all private dentist can do a single consultation for implant & crown, some for free considering the costs involved, Chiswick Dental not only isn’t capable of doing that but for your refund you need to go to their surgery and get it there and not get a single apology for the inconvenience, why take money over the phone when you are incapable of refunding on the phone? I certainly wont be going to them thank you very much.
