Google Bad Review 1: We are paying a very high rate for PBM to look after the building we live in. Since moving in August they have essentially been invisible. We have numerous serious issues in our building; trespassing, fly tipping, vandalism of which none have improved despite PBM being very aware for a long time. I have no confidence in them completing even the most basic management tasks.
I am unable to reply to PBM's reply below so I will add my reply here:
If I see an improvement on what I have stated above I will update my review accordingly. Since Jan 20th I have sent four emails regarding consistent trespassing by a group who drink and do drugs on premises – I have yet to receive a reply. I am happy to talk in more detail should you want to reach out.
