Google Bad Review 1: They rejected my application because I questioned why I should do another DBS (they wanted Adult Workforce)…I have one dated 2022 (Child& Adult Workforce Covid -19 healthcare)
I had called DBS to check the difference& they said the one I had checked me against both lists & the covered their requirements & went above.
The recruitment company on behalf of PW is clearly not au faire with DBS & follow a script. They then said rejection was based on being far from London. Which is not their call realky. I work all around London no issues. Anyway when I asked if they had any clients waiting, they said they did not. The whole point of online DBS is to protect workers from paying for a DBS each time you apply for a job…but thus was lost on this company. Wanted me to pay an umbrella company for yet another DBS. That is wrong.

My application was rejected without a call or email I am a live in carer with a plethora of experience I began career in 2016 to date
After replying I then received an email requesting my cv this after the initial rejection given this saga I have withdrawn my application maybe company policy should be reviewed also bearing in mind the need for care workers I’m this industry my impression a faceless company
