Google Bad Review 1:  Service was shocking given the wrong size shoes and on inspection when i arrived in Spain they are faulty. I have got to go to the trouble of getting a refund from Spain. This was the North terminal Gatwick Since posting this review no feedback that tells you everything avoid!!!!I honestly thought after this review harrods would have contacted me but nothing tells you everything!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I’ve been customers of Harrods Gatwick for the last 20 years probably.
Always expending around £50 each time I’m flying with a frequency of once every 2/3 months.
Today I did my regular purchase of two presents at 08:00am and the cashier “Sarah” denied me one small bag for each present.
I said I was happy to pay, but she didn’t accept it and she didn’t show any kind interest about it and she offered me to buy a supermarket Harrods bag.
I bought only one present and I left highly disappointed.
I wont buy in Harrods Gatwick South Terminal if this cashier is in there.
Is not about the bag, I felt humiliated.
