You will never get a worse service than this so called GP.
Almost impossible to get appointments.
Reception staff are so ignorant and can be rude. Some are very difficult to understand.
Practice is meant to have multiple doctors operating, however it is always super quiet when you go in there (photo attached)
You would expect to see 3 receptionists with 1 or 2 people waiting only with this huge empty waiting area.
The problem here is that there is no other GP practice in the area and these ones do take advantage of this.
To be honest, if you are registered or not, it is the same result. Its USELESS.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible receptionist. Very rude and aggressive for no reason and ready to hang up the phone at any time. It is shocking that she is responsible for helping patients. To Practice manager, please resolve this issue.
