You will never get a worse service than this so called GP.
Almost impossible to get appointments.
Reception staff are so ignorant and can be rude. Some are very difficult to understand.
Practice is meant to have multiple doctors operating, however it is always super quiet when you go in there (photo attached)
You would expect to see 3 receptionists with 1 or 2 people waiting only with this huge empty waiting area.
The problem here is that there is no other GP practice in the area and these ones do take advantage of this.
To be honest, if you are registered or not, it is the same result. Its USELESS.

Google Bad Review:  Urgent care centre is more like a attend and wait for 5 hours centre. Also, what is the receptionists problem? Honestly, the RUDENESS that came from this woman to the people coming in with queries is ASTOUNDING! How is this even allowed?
An old gentleman came in, barely spoke English or seemed like could barely speak at all, she told him “oh just sit down and be quiet!” I was SHOCKED! This was on the 23/09/21 between 6-11pm
There’s only 1 doctor and I noticed there were very long 20/30min gaps between patients, why!?
Disgraceful

Google Bad Review 1:  Urgent care centre is more like a attend and wait for 5 hours centre. Also, what is the receptionists problem? Honestly, the RUDENESS that came from this woman to the people coming in with queries is ASTOUNDING! How is this even allowed?
An old gentleman came in, barely spoke English or seemed like could barely speak at all, she told him “oh just sit down and be quiet!” I was SHOCKED! This was on the 23/09/21 between 6-11pm
There’s only 1 doctor and I noticed there were very long 20/30min gaps between patients, why!?
Disgraceful

Google Bad Review (2):  I wouldn't give them even one star. Their service is so slow and doctors here see only 1 customer in one hour they take more breaks then they see patients. I wouldn't recommend anybody coming here. I agree with the guy who said it's total waste of public money.
