Google Bad Review 1: Purchased a car in May from Paragon. The car is in ok shape but I would not recommend anyone I know to buy from here.
Communications about the car before arrival was all fine, transfer of number plate and all paperwork all done so I did not have to do anything on that side of things.
However, the car.. So on the Friday we whatsapp messaged about the car and it was agreed I would come and see the car on the Sunday. A couple more messages on the Saturday so they 100% knew i was coming on the Sunday. When I arrived, the car was filthy! which made it hard to check for dents and marks. I was told that the section of the premises always gets dirty from the river but the other end of the premises doesn't, so i have no idea why they didn't move the car when they knew i was coming.
Also when i arrived on the time agreed on, I was just left with the car and the salesmen said he was going off on a test drive with someone else that arrived at the same time. Then when i test drove the car they literally gave me a 3/4 minute drive down to a roundabout and back.
Checking over the car, my car had quite low tyre tread and rear brakes pads so make sure you check all parts of the car.
Since buying the car I have been to my Mercedes dealer and had a diagnosis check. I have had to buy a new NOX sensor, Panoramic roof oil, 4 new tyres as 3 were low and 1 was not a runflat tyre. Also had to buy a new alloy as 1 has been repaired/welded before which I obviously could not check at the time. Which would potentially mean te car may have been in an accident before? overall that is costing me almost £2.5k
Mercedes told me to message Paragon about the alloy to try work something out which I did but i got no reply.. Shock
So I am now left with a car and just hoping there is nothing else that I was not told about that I need to fork out for
