Google Bad Review 1: I must say that i'm very surprised by the number of positive reviews this firm has received but i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I did not have a good experience at all. Complete and utter waste of time enquiring with a firm with unprofessional and rude solicitors. I contacted the firm as recommended by a number of family and friends to enquire about an immigration matter. I spoke with someone called Jordana who seemed very uninterested and bored with what i had to say and any questions that i asked she responded in a patronising manner. Because of this i decided not to bother pursuing my matter with OTS Solicitors. Another friend of mine saw Vishal Makol about 3 weeks ago and told me how rude and unprofessional he was. firstly he came to the meeting extremely late and then asked questions in an inappropriate way. He brought a beverage and bar of chocolate into the meeting room without offering and decided to take a bit of the chocolate before sitting down , I just find this very bizarre and unprofessional. I cannot stress that OTS is not worth the money or the good reviews that it receives.

Google Bad Review (2): I don’t know where all the good reviews is coming from. May be they have some people who is working on their reviews. Terrible place hungry for money. I was going to make an application for tourist visa for my wife. At the beginning they said application charge will be 1200 pound I said fare enough by seing their reviews. However we have agreed to pay it by installment, therefore I paid 500 pound but they said they did no get it, I sent the picture of my receipt then they said they have received it. But no progression because I did not pay another 700 pound. By watching they are making late I asked them 3 months already gone so I’m not interested for tourist visa it will be better if I wait another 3 months and bring my wife as spouse visa. However they said it will cost me 2000 pound. I was not happy because everytime I have been there they said it’s not a problem but when I left they forgot everything and I had to chase them. I asked for some refund but they refused to give me. No hope please don’t go there by only watching their reviews. Terrible place and made me disappointment.
