Google Bad Review 1: We bought a kitchen top December 2018, after they convinced us how good their products were supposed to be. It arrived faulty (with stain on) and they claimed it didn't have a stain (without coming out to check) they then said we would hear from their “Warranty insurance” which we haven't heard from to date. Also it seems the stone isn't treated well as it stains so very easy (a specific thing we asked about before buying it) They dont get back on calls, emails etc neither does the manager and they have literally refused to take responsibility or we should say they literally have blanked us. Their service is beyond terrible.
Update 1st fo Oct 2019 as I cant reply:
The company are simply not telling the truth! We have tried to get a hold of them many times – got emails to show this as well as we tried to call – and no reply to this date! We also never heard from their insurance etc to this date the builders etc claim its a stain! Itseasy to go here and claim they have done what they could but harder to prove so. Bottom line terrible service and looking at other reviews when initially writing this it seems we are not the only ones with the issues though I wish I had read these before using the company.
