Google Bad Review 1: Utter cowboys!
The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. They allowed us to move into a flat that was not fit for habitation, we listed many things that were in need of cleaning and repairing before our move in date – they did absolutely nothing. When we complained, they simply weren't bothered. No heating or hot water, damp and mould with water leaking near a plug socket, none of the windows opened.. the list goes on
When we informed them we were moving out after 4 weeks, we had to threaten legal action to get our deposit back!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Rude, obnoxious and condescending staff. No communication, countless emails sent with no response. In our particular circumstance, we had put a holding deposit down on a rented property, but were told last minute that another group had also put a deposit down, which left us without a place to stay. Do not recommend at all.
