Google Bad Review: I enquired with N&N engineering whilst trying to have some building work done to my property, as I wanted an open plan but could not find blueprints. The next day they sent and engineer out to me to assess my property and they said they could not do anything without blueprints. The structural engineer then said they would organise someone called “Leeang” to come out to find out whether the wall in question was load bearing.
It has been over 2 weeks since the visit and no report was made, and neither did we receive any communication from Leeang, so we thought that this company must be a scam. I then requested a chargeback from my credit card I used to make payment, of which now N&N are threatening legal action through STRIPE, and want to give me an incomplete report to say that their job is done.
During this communication, they claimed that one company would contact me, and then said a different one, they then finally provided dates of when this happened. The communication was only via phone, no voicemail and one text, from a personal mobile number, from someone called “Asif”. I thought it was very obvious that I had been overwhelmed by builders wanting to take on my project, seeing as I found N&N from Checkatrade. So the fact that I received a random text from a builder with no mention of N&N, was meaningless.
