Google Bad Review (2): Avoid. They take no interest in either their tenants or landlords. Waited weeks for any information or paperwork to be given to us. Didn't receive a single thing about the Check-out inventory and deposit for 3 weeks until we had to alert them, and our landlord's new tenants didn't receive their check-in inventory either, had to phone and email many times. They are disorganised, dismissive and unhelpful. Be prepared to be contacting them a lot and hear little back. They won't reach out, even if they need to give you information.
