Google Bad Review 1: Having previously getting some excellent service I was disappoint to see a huge drop in service. Lettings management seemed un-response which was escalated but not really addressed. The icing on the cake was when I was advised by a member of staff that the person(s) they arranged to make a repair was not properly quailed to do so. When challenging this and advising it was a breach in the estate agents ethics I was then advised that they were qualified but undertook a temporary fix…..it was repair to lounge flooring……not sure of many people who would undertake or agree to temporarily fixing a floor in the lounge. I used to highly recommend them based on previous service. But unfortunately all I can now all I can say is run for the hills

Google Bad Review (2): Constant disappointment… My partner and I were 1st time buyers, and were thrilled when our offer on a property was accepted in February 2018. We had every hope of completion by mid-June ready for our move to the area from the Midlands, and were made to believe this was a realistic target. As this date approached, we became concerned that little progress was being made despite regular enquiries on our part. We were constantly told ‘you're looking to exchange within the next couple of weeks', however this never came. My work contract began on the 25th June, leading to a 6 week stay in a hotel, plus boarding for my dog and cat in kennels, until we finally completed on the 2nd August. Definitely not the start to my career I had planned! Daily phone calls delivered more false promises, only to find out in mid July that the top of the chain had no intention of moving until August and that this had been known all along. We came very close to abandoning the purchase, and I regret not doing this months previously. Nearly all of our savings went on hotel fees leaving little left over for anything else. The only positive we can take away from this experience is when buying/selling in the future, we have a list of estate agents we know to avoid.
